What a wonderful experience start to finish. Check in was flawless. I did have a mishap that caused damage while on the water, which was totally my fault. During returning the tritoon, I reported the incident. Was told that the damage had to be accessed by the service department the next day. Received a call early the next day with the report, was clearly explained to me. Due to my honesty upon returning, Dewitt Marine graciously decided to cover some of the cost, leaving me with a small portion to pay. I highly recommend Dewitt Marine, the rentals are top notch with a very reasonable price. When my family returns to the area next, we will definitely use Dewitt Marine services and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great experience with Dewitt Marine. Rented online including all documentation, paperwork was ready when we picked up. Dewitt team was very detailed and got us setup and on the water in 15 to 20 minutes. Just treat the equipment like someone else owns it (think about it) and you will have a great time.......and the weather was phenomenal on Torch and Clam Lake!

This place is THE place to rent a boat for Torch Lake! The boats are beautiful and all, but what is even more top notch is the customer service. I had some rental confusion on my end, and a quick call got everything cleared up. Every phone call I made was answered swiftly by a nice voice on the other end of the line. The Dewitt payment process is much more streamlined than other places I researched, some of them wanting all the money, deposit and all, six months before we even got on the boat! Week of, our boating say we had picked was the only day of the week that was calling for clouds and rain so I called on the off chance they might let me switch days. I was almost certain it couldn't be done in mid-July when every Michigander wants to be outdoors, but the lady who handle the reservations accommodated us, and we were able to switch days and go out on one of the most beautiful of the trip It was amazing. Torch Lake is one to see and one to swim in, and these are the people that can help you do both. While I'm sure they don't always have the ability to switch around reservations at busier times, I am also sure they'll do everything they can to accommodate your wants as a customer, and they'll make it seamless. Plus, they're perfectly located on the lake! The famous sandbar is about a 20-25 minute boat ride. Can't say enough good things about my experience with Dewitt Marine!
