We came up early in the season and even with limited staff on hand it was by far the BEST SERVICE AND STAFF!!! 10 out of 5 Review!!!! Our family was up visiting Clam Lake where my husband frequented at his grandparents as a young child and teenager. Relived many memories that was only added to by the excellent staff and serivce we encountered at Dewitt Marine during our entire stay. With advise on what to rent and rental timing and their patience in listening to our history on the water both at this lake and others in the state. AND when you have a talented artist in the family.....They don't photo....They paint the experience!!! Thank you for making our first (not the last) family trip to this place a 10 of of 5 star experience.

This place is legit. All the boats looked brand new and our rental was awesome. My wife and I are still talking about how impressed we are with Dewitt Marine. We have rented a lot of boats and this was by far the best experience.

Dewitt’s is informative and accommodating. Great staff to help navigate the area and our time on their pontoon! Pontoons are updated and very nice! Check in is simple and supplies everything you would need from life jackets to recreational water devices, drinks or alcohol. Pontoons Bluetooth is available and quick to set up to play music. The staff helps you come back into the dock. We will use their services again!

Dewitt Marine was awesome ! We had a lady named Becky when we arrived, and she went above and beyond to make everything perfect, she was super helpful ! We rented a tritoon, and it was great ! It feels good to be treated so kindly when you're a stranger to the area, 10/10 recommend.

We came to Dewitt Marine because Chris G in service shared they are the best! We hadn’t really considered Dewit, but decided to check out their rental program. Chris encouraged us to talk with the salesman. We talked to Jacob Berends and before you know it Chris and Jacob sold us an amazing boat. We bought our tritoon from here last year, and Jake was our salesman. It was such a fair, easy, process, that when our son was buying their first tritoon, I was happy to recommend Jake, and Dewitt Marine to him. They had such a large selection to choose from that Jeremy drove his family here from WA during their Spring break to pick up their boat. Knowing they were traveling 2,000 miles home, Dewitt Marine made sure he had the right trailer for travel, and they put travel shrink wrap on it so it'll still be new when they unwrap it in WA. Thanks so much Jake and the Dewitt team for doing everything you said you'd do, when you said you'd do it.

I won't get into what brought me to the DeWitt service department but Mr. Anthony Workman, Service Manager is the best. He understood my needs based on predicament (it was a huge one) and went way beyond what my expectations usually are these days. He treated me as if I were his only customer. A shout out to Cheyenne and Scott as well. I noticed that Anthony's demeanor seemed to be the same with all other customers as well. The pontoon we rented was in excellent shape, well maintained and clean. It came with a 200 hp motor which helped you move around the lakes at nice clip and could easily pull tubers if wanted. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be renting from them again in 2024.

Weather was a bit cool and rainy on our booking day. The crew suggested we switch to a better day (we had cancellation insurance) and made it easy to do. We had a great time on the pontoon and Torch Lake was beautiful. They noticed we were having a bit of trouble trying to get the pontoon into its spot at the marina and the crew jumped into action to save us any hassle. Thanks Dewitt for having very friendly, helpful staff!
